Cairo—A consortium comprising Egyptian engineering firms Petrojet and ENPPI has been selected for a six-year engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) framework agreement with Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), Egypt’s petroleum ministry announced on Sunday,19th July 2026
The agreement covers a portfolio of projects valued at more than $6 billion, marking one of the largest international contract awards secured by Egyptian energy companies.
Under the framework agreement, the Petrojet-ENPPI consortium will undertake engineering, procurement and construction work across multiple projects for PDO over the six-year period.
The award is expected to strengthen Egypt’s engineering and energy services presence in the Gulf while expanding opportunities for Egyptian firms in regional infrastructure development.
